I'm am unable to purchase black ops 2

I have tried buying black ops 2 for the xbox one as it is now available on backwards compatible, but the screen keeps saying sorry purchase cannot be completed. I have checked my card details and they are correct and my account has more than enough money but I still keep getting the same notice.

Where are you based? If not in the US then the payment will usually fail.
