Every time I reboot I go through the advanced startup menu. I have to choose to continue to win 10 and reboot again. Every time. What gives?

Do u mean the " select the OS to boot " menu then u shud check ur bios u can enter bios by pressing a key(different manufacturers hav set different keys my acer lap has F2) at the startup when ur manufacturers name shows up n then aftr entering into the bios go to boot menu n check if ur hdd is given the first priority in boot priority

OR

Do u hav another os on ur hdd or some leftovers of it then plz delete it

OR

As said by Starboy21, sounds like you have a separate Windows installation that may be corrupt and it is trying to boot that first, but fails.
