Windows 10 Font Size

I just want to increase only the font size in windows 10, is there a way to do that? And I am not talking the slider to increase the ratio of everything. I'm looking to only change the size of the on screen text.

You can scale various elements individually. Which doesn't per se, change the font size, but it might be closer to what you want.

How do you scale them individually. On Windows 10 there are two screens for scaling. If you enter in one field the second stop grays-out?
