Windows Central Question

After upgrading, then reinstalling, then refreshing W10 Creator Edition the Store App works fine until the first Microsoft Update then it goes to hell and won't download any more apps with the following error: 0X87AF0001A. Please don't say use WSRest.exe using Admin CMD, forget Admin PowerShell it doesn't work either. Don't say create another account in Microsoft Store that is useless. Don't say use troubleshooter its useless as tits on a hogs butt. I have downloaded repair tools from AwfulSoft (Microsoft proper name) they don't repair it either. System restore is useless in repair the "store cache may be damaged". Why would anyone support or any company put such a crappy operating system on the market? I'm still trying to figure out how to get Store working again. Any suggestions are helpful. This is not limited to one of my PC's but five. Three of which are for business use. My Microsoft Administration Degree and 25 years PC experience is useless right now.

I found this and take no responsibility or credit. Just passing it on.

Open cmd (admin) right click and run as admin.
Type:*powershell.
Type:*
Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
Now type:*
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
Let it do its thing.
Restart Pc by clicking Windows start power shutdown!
Now do not open windows store or windows store apps!
Open cmd and type*WSReset.exe! restart PC!
