Please specify the followings :

1. Is this a Windows 10 PC question or a mobile ?

3. Can you provide the KB number of the " last update " ?

3. What do you mean by "data on desktop" ?
Are you saying you lost the desktop icons/shortcuts ?

4. Any chance you can post your desktop screenshot to illustrate what you meant by " lost all the data on desktop" ?

If this is a Windows 10 PC question, and if you meant your desktop icons/shortcuts have disappeared, then without the benefit of your desktop screenshot, I would speculate that you are on the Tablet mode.

If the above screenshot looks familiar, look to the extreme right corner of the taskbar at the bottom.
There is a Notification icon right next to the Time > click it > click Tablet mode.
Your desktop should be back to normal.
