Contact card doesn't have "Send Message" for Mobile

My friend recently updated his Nokia 1520 to Win 10. Looking at my contact card, he has my mobile number, but the Send Message option doesn't appear. Any ideas?

I've already unlinked my contact from FB. I deleted the contact and entered a new one. Still didn't work.
