Can someone find me the correct drivers for my computer?

Apologies, I am not very good with computers, but I am in desperate need of help.
Under device managers, it appears that these devices need up-to-date drivers, otherwise I can't connect to the internet.

Not sure how you're posting here if your Dell doesn't have internet access.
The Dell 8500 desktop still has support on Dell's web support site.

All drivers are available there.
It may be possible to download the drivers separately on a working PC connected to the internet then load the drivers without a connection via other local media.
