Forgot admin password on windows 10

i forgot password for win 10. Can't get Admin side to do anything Can you help?

Grab a copy of Ubuntu Desktop ISO from this page, and then burn it to disc.

Next, boot your computer off the disc and install chntpw. It allows you to reset forgotten admin password.
