text size slider bar does not work windows 10

Without provocation, my display size changed. Icons are bigger, text is larger. My Surface pro is not in tablet mode, the magnifier is not on and the text size slider bar does not work. How do I restore my computer to normal size? Thank you.

3 Suggestions :

1. Do a system restore. Pick a date when you did NOT have this problem as your restore point.

2. If you are using a mouse with a wheel at the top.
Press the CTRL key and hold it > roll the wheel.

Clockwise .................. decrease the size.
Counter-clockwise......... increase the size.

3. Right click at an open spot of your desktop > click View > select either medium or small icons.
