Why Conference Calls & Auto Call recorder not available in Window 10 (Lumia 640 Xl lte)Phones

When these two features are available in other platform, why not in Window base? If it illegal then why it is available with others, if the issue is of hardware configuration then why it is (Call recording) available in Lumia 550 & why not in Lumia 640 Xl & other phones, in what way 550 is better then 640 xl, also if it available with pre install window10 then why not with other upgraded window 10 phones...

Microsoft decided for whatever reason to not make the call recorder available for devices that did not come out with Windows 10 Mobile. Make of that what you will.

I don't know anything about conference calls.
