Windows Mobile 10 phone stopped auto uploading to OneDrive

Hoping someone can assist.

THE ISSUE

About a month ago, my Lumia 950 running production release of Windows 10 Mobile has stopped uploading to OneDrive automatically.

WHAT I'VE TRIED

Restarted the phone.
Confirmed in the Photos app>Settings>Manage OneDrive upload settings set to Camera Upload "on"
Toggled Camera Upload "on" and then "off" and then "on" again.
Confirmed there is enough storage space available on my onedrive. only using 28GB of 1.04 TB

Any suggestions?

Ok. Did some more experimentation and it's working now - so thought I'd post.

Go to OneDrive app
Click on hamburger menu
Choose progress
Select Camera
See if the files are uploading.

Any idea what you did? Mine is not uploading either. It has been this way for a few months. I have poked and prodded all the setting, I can find. 950XL insider 10.0.15235.

@Rupert Holmes, I've taken a photo just a few moments ago, and it's uploaded to OneDrive. If it helps, via the settings in the OneDrive app on my 950 (also on build 15235), I have the "Camera Upload" settings as follows:

On
Camera back up account: {this is my Microsoft Account email address}
Include videos: On
Upload on metered connections: Off

In the settings in the Photos app on my 950 I have:
Show my cloud-only content from OneDrive: On
Collection view includes OneDrive content from: Pictures folder only

In Settings > Storage I have new photos and videos set to be saved to "This device". (I don't have an SD Card installed.)

Are you definitely signed in to your Microsoft account on both apps?

If it's not working, you could try:
a) changing the Storage to "This device" from SD card (if yours is set to SD card of course);
b) signing out of one, or both apps, and then signing back in again?
c) use the "reset app" for OneDrive (via Settings > Apps);
d) uninstalling and reinstalling OneDrive.

Other than that, I'm out of ideas.
