Restore favorites and reading list from Windows Mobile 10

Hi,

I have Lumia 640XL with Windows 10 mobile, recently my mobile went dead (Hardware failure at most ) the issue now I need to get back my favorites and reading list from my Windows 10 mobile Edge browser, I thought it's backed up on my outlook account, I've not synced the content of my Windows 10 mobile with Windows 10 on my PC, but my question is do favorites and reading list backed up with the outlook account, if yes how to access them, and if I get new Windows 10 mobile device will they be restored once I added my outlook account?
