Microsoft lumia 635 cell phone

I own the above phone. Altho’ it is within its warranty M’soft refuse to fix it under warranty as they say there is physical damage.
Sure thing: the sim holder is an appalling design and when I had to recently remove the sim ‘card’ a couple of the copper prongy
things jammed and came off. I’ve never ever had this nonsense with other cell phones. Clearly a design fault.

I can buy the sim tray inexpensively & the torx 4 screwdriver but how easy is it to fit it ?
