Compact Overlay not working on Surface Pro 4.

Hi, I'm pretty new to Windows (long time Mac user who recently switched).

I've built myself a custom desktop and have Windows 10 Home Creators Update installed and "compact overlay" (the picture-in-picture thing) works perfectly fine.

But I also have a Surface Pro 4 running Creators update, but this time the Pro version instead of Home and for some reason "compact overlay" is nowhere to be seen!

Both Windows versions are displaying:
Version: 1703 OS Build: 15063.296

As I said earlier, I'm a Windows noob so apologies if I'm just doing something really StUpId.

Any suggestions would be really appreciated! Thank you.

Go to the store and check for updates. The movies and TV app is most likely not up to date
