my band 2 turns off immeidiatly after unpluged,how can i fix this?

the battery is fully charged but when I unplug it,it turns off automatically, does the battery need replacing?

It's probably not fixable. I had a similar issue, took it back to MS and they gave me a refund. It was my fourth return.
