iwindows 10 creator messed up my computer need fixes

[Windows Central Question]

on my desktop does not show text under icon my control panel same way settings and file explorer.they act like they are not fully opening.programs broken as well google can not type in searchbar.i dont no why they did auto update .my computer ran perfect befour they did this
fix this please.
