How can I download apps from the Windows Store?

I am having trouble downloading anything from the Windows Store onto my laptop. I just barely got it and have not downloaded anything yet. When I try to download, it says "Error: see details" When I click on see details it says "something unexpected has happened" then it tells me to report the problem and try restarting it which I have tried and it does nothing. Please help me.

1. Mak sure you have signed in to your Microsoft Account.
It is a must.

4. If the above tutorials do not fix the problem :
Create another admin user account > logon to it and see if you can download from the Store.
