Error 0xc0000001 on start up

Hey all
Just purchased a predator Acer computer from radio rentals went to power it up and it keeps going to the blue screen with the error code listed above. I don't have a windows 10 disk or anything. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions how to fix this. It was the first time I powered it up out of the box so nothing has been setup. Really wanting to get this working

Did you buy it as a New item, or an " used " item, or a "refurbished by the seller" item ?

I would suggest you take it back for a refund.
Hope you have some kind of warranty on that purchase.
