Viber deactivates itself ?

Hi, I have Nokia Lumia 530 , and i installed viber, but some time after the installation it deactivates itself and asks me to enter the 4-digit verification code again. This happens also on my PC - Windows 10 64-bit. How can i fix this so I can use freely my Viber ?
