Windows Central Question

Hi, So I upgrade my laptop's original Toshiba HDD with WD SSD a few months ago, everything went fine, but recently, Windows task manager seems to recognized my SSD as an "Old Toshiba HDD".

It doesn't cause any problems in my computer, my WD SSD dashboard still identifies it as an SSD but for some reason Windows seems to refer to an old name, it irritates me a bit every time i look in the task manager.

So what's cause this bizarre issues and how could I fix it, thanks for your help in advance.
