What OS is it running, what are the specifications of the hardware, does it run slow when using internet only or even when offline

@junebug1961, when my computers start running slow - I can usually tell when videos start buffering - I can go to my Surface Pro 3, and open the OneDrive icon in the task bar and I will see that it is syncing...if I pause the sync, everything run as it should. You may have something running in the background causing you headaches.
