Google GMail's "Send Mail As" feature not working on my phone?!?!

I have a 1520, Windows 8.1. Is there a way to send email from my gmail account on my phone using Google's "Send Mail As" Feature??? I seem to remember years ago setting up the Google Sync page, but I've noticed my emails aren't being sent as my other email address.

Any help?

EDIT: I went back and looked and the "send as" feature stopped working around January 10, 2015. Did something happen that I'm forgetting that caused this to happen?
