lumia 525 windows 10 phone is not responding to hardrest

[Windows Central Question]

my phone was showing problems like restarting again and again can't access the photos. i upgraded the windows to 10.in the beginning phone was working well but with the passage processing gets slower.i tried to hardrest the phone.and it did well but during the process i took out the battery thinking my phone is stuck.now the phone is not responding to any reset option even i tried the settings>about>reset.

i want to recover my phone from all bugs and need a better working.
