How can I watch my Instagram live stream on Windows desktop?

I have a watercolor art Instagram account and I like to do live painting sessions with the Instagram Live feature. Only problem is that I can't see the screen while recording, because I point my phone camera at my painting with a tripod. I do want to be able to interact with my watchers while doing the live painting session, so I want to see the live screen on my desktop to read the comments. Is there a way for me to do this? Thanks!
