Touch screen malfunction after windows 10 update..😟

I'm having windows 10 running in my device Lumia 435, just after a recent phone software update (from 14393.1358 to 14393.1480) I find that the touch screen is not working properly. Any advice for how to make it work normally again.

Did you try a hard reset?
