How do I remove the [V] on the top left corner of the screen in Alcatel A205G Phone?

Please! HELP!.... I have a Alcatel A205G phone and there's a [V] on the top left corner of the screen and how do I remove it?.....
I can't make a call at any number at all and when i'm trying to call any number and on the screen said "Emergency Call Only" why?...
Please Help how to remove [V] on the top left corner of the screen in Alcatel A205G?...
