I've problem with connecting my surface book wirelessly to Samsung Smart TV

@Khalid Hussein Ahmed, I just connected my SB to a Sony Smart TV, using a Screen Beam Mini2 with no problem. Works Great!

Thank you for the replay, I meant direcly to the tv without other mirocast device.
