Posting something for sale

I'm trying to post my phone(Tmobile Alcatel idol 4s) on here to sale it and I've tried twice but I'm obviously doing it wrong and the mods keep shutting me down and saying I should follow the template,well do I make the template or what,I've asked the mods when they would shut me down how to do it but all they would say is read the rules,that's not helping me,can someone lmk how to do this please

In the future, I suggest making a thread and having that link open in another tab so that you can copy the template, which is right after the rules and then paste it in your new thread. Fill in all of the info after copying the template and then upload your photos.
