Lumia 950 XL GPS works but cant access Edge

[Windows Central Question]

I'm using a stock Lumina 950 XL on Family Mobile(T-Mobile network). GPS works fine such as using Waze but I can't get on the internet or Windows Central, Money app, etch. when not on WiFi. I have ample data and never had this problem with my old Samsung Ativ S. Any suggestions? I really don't want to get an iPhone but this is driving me nuts!
