Battery charging limiter for Windows phone?

I read that charging battery to 70% instead of 100% can help save battery life. How do I enable this feature on Windows 10 Lumia 640 phone?

100% indicator does not mean 100% charged. Charge more worry less.

This is more of an issue of when you're storing the device than day-to-day use. The phone engineers built battery management into the charging circuits.
