What is the latest with Windows Mobile - is it ever coming back??

Elvis hasn't left the building quite yet although " he" is inching closer to the door upon each passing day.

The latest, IMHO, is mostly speculation, hopes and dreams. Microsoft seems to be distancing themselves from Windows Mobile as we know it, and for whatever reason haven't the "BALLS" to be upfront about its future.

So your guess is as good as anyone else's where it may be headed. I for one think it will continue to spiral downward until the lack of support causes the platform to be unfeasible to use, it is already at that point for many.
