couldn't take screenshots. in lumia 532 dual sim

[Windows Central Question]

i have recently downgarde to windows 8.1 from windows 10
after i start using windows 8.1 on my lumia 532 dual sim i cant take screenshots .
when i press volume up+power key a popup message appears on top of screen says "couldnt take screenshot" although i have 3gb space in my sd card and approx 4 gb of my phone memory. following the trend i google it and following some threads i also soft reset and hard reset my phone but still the problem remains there.
please help and suggest solutions.

Try a different key combination. (Ex - power button + windows button)
