photos/backup missing from computer. I need help with a restore!

[Windows Central Question]

I had some photos go missing from lightroom. I assume they were accidentally deleted. I already trouble shoot with Adobe they cant help me if i can't find the images on my computer. I've looked everywhere so I assume they got emptied out of the recycle bin. I need to restore to 10.11.17 but my earliest restore date is 9.27.17. I've been trouble shooting for almost 7 hours so ppllleeessseee help!
