phone is vibrating when i put Battery in it(Not fall in Water)

i was playing the game and suddenly its started to vibrate, all function performed but it was still vibrating. i put battery out of phone, its vibration stop. but when i put battery again in phone,it shows vibration again.
i did not try to turn on the phone............what happen with my phone???

First of all which phone do you have?

In any case this loop can be fixed by doing a soft reset.

Press the power and volume down key straight after you put the battery in. It will vibrate once and it will start up automatically.

I had this occur once or twice during Wp8.0 before the the gdr updates.
