Running Windows 10. Downloaded App from Microsoft Store...INDEX CARDS , but Index Cards NOT backing up to Onedrive, although marked as enabled in Settings. I have plenty of space on Onedrive and can access all the other files...just not this app. Whenever I try, I get this notification come up:
'Failed to back up data to Onedrive. Please try after some time'
Been trying for the past 48 hours!!!
Whatever is recommended, I don't want to lose or mess up all the other files saved on Onedrive.
Hope someone can help...desperate
