call recording

[Windows Central Question]

I want direct automatically call record in my Lumia 535. Please help me. Your application are not supported in my mobile. So suggest me

Hi, I believe only the devices that came with Windows 10 mobile pre-installed can record calls.
Phones upgraded from WP8.1, such as the Lumia 535, cannot.
So, in short you are not going to be able to record calls.

But after an update, Lumia 950 has stopped having such facility. This is what I experience with my Lumia 950.

@darius onoben, it may have switched the feature off during the update. Check under:

Settings > System > Phone > Default apps > Choose apps > Calling > Choose the app you want to use to manage recorded phone calls (and make sure it shows "Voice Recorder" in the text box)
