Contact Sync Issues

Hello...hoping to resolve an issue. Everyday I notice random contacts lose job titles or company names. For the life of me I cannot figure out what the problem is.

Another issue is when I go to edit a contact in Outlook.com I can have a person's email listed two times but one is in a field I cannot remove. How do I fix this?

I have been having many issues with Outlook contacts as of late. Last winter I switched from WM to iOS, but am now looking at other email options for syncing my contacts now that there has been evidence of advertisements coming to Outlook inboxes. Sorry to ramble on, you are not the only one with these issues.

Thanks Player Piano. I happened to bump into a friend on the train and he mentioned he loses contact information as well. No such problem with Gmail.
