Problem with internet connection windows 10 laptop wifi

I am using psiphon for vpn services. Now my problem is if i don't connect to psiphon my wifi tells no internet. i dont know what that app has changed , i have done Internet connection troubleshoot it tells The DNS Server is isn't responding and just shows detected(not solved). how can i fix this?
