I need your help with Outlook/Onedrive language

I posted about this on Reddit, but haven't got any suggestions, hope at least you can help me.

I don't know why but my invitations to edit documents I share with my group are sent in Russian language. And any time they edit shared document I get notified by OneDrive via email in Russian. Also, emails I get from MS about insiders program are also in Russian.

My outlook is in English (US) under language and region. But how can I fix the above issue?

I know this isn't the exact place I should be posting this, but I feel I have better chances of getting answer here than under OneDrive sub.

I know some sites like Bing.com have region settings under the menu/settings gear language. Also from OneDrive if you go into your account and then Personal Info you can set your country. Try those places?
