I changed charging port on my fierce xl and now when i plug in the battery tje led light stays on. The phone wont turn on and wont charge. Can u help me to troubleshoot this matter and how to fix it. It would be greatly appreciated. Ty

What was the reason(s) for you changing the charging port initially? Was the replacement part just the port w/ribbon cable/connector? Ask because maybe something else was amiss on the main-board prior or, whomever reassembled it (you I'm presuming) didn't get everything fully seated and/or bent a contact in the process.
