How to install/download Android apps?

Not possible currently if you're talking about Windows Mobile.

This is most likely a question from someone on Windows Phone. Sadly, it doesn't run Android apps and if you want to do that they will have to purchase an Android phone.

The only way you can run Android apps is either on an Android device itself or a PC using an Android emulator.
