New Vivotab ME400C use. Have some questions.

Hello guys. My name's Mike and I'm a new Vivotab user. First of all, sorry for my bad grammar, english is not my principal language.
And here are my questions:
1. After I lock the tablet why does the screen turns on instantly by itself?
2. If I push on the Microsoft button (while the tablet is locked) it will open the screen. I want to stop doing that. How can I?
3. Can I connect an usb internet stick to the tablet so that I would have internet when I'm in town without Wi-Fi?
4. Basically I can install any program for a normal PC on the tablet. But the tablet needs the power to run it. Right? So, can I install Google Chrome?
For now, these are all my question. I'll came later with anothers. :smile:

Another question: Can i use the tablet in photoshop like a graphic tablet?

Edit: Is there any photoshop app in the store, or I can install the official one for pc? I'm worried that it will not work properly. And why there is not search function in mirosoft store, or I'm blind and I don't see it.
