Lumia 635 or BLU Win HD?

I am looking for an unlocked phone to use internationally. I don't want it to cost a lot of money so I have come up with two choices, the BLU Win HD or the Nokia Lumia 635? Which should I choose?

I would stick to Nokia's ecosystem (current) since you're going international, you need their Here Maps, Here Drive, etc. Download any latest maps to any country you're going to. And if you're in the US, go with Tmobile since their data is free international if I'm not mistaken. Not too sure about Blu Win, but if it only has basic WP features, u wont get much out of it.

Lumia 635 is about 150 right now.

I was looking at the BLU WinHD last night and almost ordered one from Staples at $99.00.
Ended up not ordering because that low grade processor and no LTE just won't cut it for me.

The 635 has been a stellar device for me frankly for it's price I've had absolutely no complaints.
It even received the free in-flight text update this morning.

I believe Here apps are now available on all windows phones as well as android

I have both Here Drive+, and here maps on my BLU WIN HD. No issues with them at all. You do get a larger screen with more ppi and 720p.
Windows 8.1 runs great on a 200 SD processor. Plus 1gb of RAM.
