Alpha Cortana (INDIA) - now with more options in Interests!

As I have Lumia 720 with Denim OTA or windows phone 8.1 update 1 and I am from India.
So I have Alpha Cortana from past 5-6 months ( I remember), but in Interests category I have only two option "News & Weather".
Now today I saw all categories [see image (+ travel & weather too)], really happy but can't add these new categories in interests, may be we can get these new categories in coming week. If we all Alpha Cortana or in India getting these categories recently may be 2-3 days, then this news should be covered by WC team.
So my question is when you got these all categories specially in India or Alpha Cortana?
another question can you add these new categories in your Interests?

No, we can't add any interest right now, and the options are available from last 2 weeks, only you have noticed it now.....

Yes. We can see more options but cant not add. Not sure if somebody tested them before releasing, even though we are in Alpha mode it should work.

Yup may be 1-2 more week or may be month before rolling out features to all alpha,
Moreover I heard in windows 10 mobile there is no Cortana for India region unless you change your region, that's really weird.

I don't think this will help Microsoft in India at all. Already they have not so timely update schedule.

Yup can any windows insider confirm or cancel this news regarding availability of Cortana in India without changing region?

All new Interests are vanished today. Only News and weather can be seen now as before.
