Cortana Problems: A Couple Small Things

First: I'm getting the error "Go ahead and tell cortana what to do. Interests aren't available at the moment." Where my weather and news should be. (I have location, data, and wifi on, as well as Cortana under battery saver m, which I use.)
Second: When I ask what the weather is, she claims she can't get that.
*I've also noticed some other problems not to do with Cortana like being unable to upload documents to OneDrive
If anyone has advice/answers, that would be great.

Hmm, stupid question, are you sure you have network connectivity?

Had this sometimes this week. Maybe it's server sided.

My god I fixed it! Well...more like I saw the fix on a forum. It was "block all" in IE settings for Cookies. (I put it back to allowed) Thanks for the help anyways!
