Why isn't my Cortana signing in anymore?

my cortana dont know how to sing anymore

When I give command such as "sing" or "tell me a joke", Cortana didn't respond to me but did a web search instead. Even a easy command such as hi also didn't work. Tried to enable/disable cortana, clear cloud data and local data, switch region and languages but still no luck. Anyone have the same problem?

Cortana has a headache. She's not in the mood to play with you today.

On a more serious note: seems like Cortana has issues. Usually this solves itself after Cortana rebuilds the database and so on. Give it a few hours, at most 48 and if the problem still persists... then I have no idea. I'm pretty terrible with women anyway, digital or otherwise.
