Can I send commands to Cortana programatically from a scheduler?

I want to schedule certain reminder SMS texts to go out to my friends on a regular basis. I have cortana synced with my Android phone and now I can send texts from Windows and they get routed through my phone automatically. But I don't want to type in all the texts every time, I want to schedule them and have them get sent automatically. Is there a way to run a script or a command to send my cortana commands to cortana like once a month at midnight when I am asleep, and have cortana wake up and run my commands for me?
