More than happy to if it saves even one person the frustration I was having yesterday lol. Microsoft still has a lot of work to do in making Windows 8 more intuitive. I had the music app mapped to my music location but refused to see any of my 7000 songs, I could not figure out why, but it was this simple little fix that made it all work.
