[Help] YouTube problem?

I have weird problem with YT on this tablet. When enter fullscreen video and then exit it i cant stroll untill i wont zoom in or press windows key.

Next problem is with clearing cookies/cache ONLY on YT(i suppose). One for a while without ANY reason it asks for accepting cookie settings, even when i accpeted them 100 times alrdy + it resets playback settings to default... .

What browser are you using? I never had issue with YouTube on IE touch but I mostly use MetroTube or YouTube HD
