Require Tools for develope windows phone Application

Hi friends,

My self rajendra.
i am fresher for windows phone application development.
i have install visual studio 2010 ultimate in my sytem and want to create windows phone application but i am unable to install windows phone sdk 7.1.
please give me information me which tools are recommended for windows phone application.
And provide information to install them
and from where i get that tools.

this is my system details
windows 7 home basic 32-bit
2GB Ram
320HDD

please give me answer and help me to install all software require for windows phone application.

why are you unable to install the SDK? do you get any error message, more details would be helpful.

Try to upgrade your windows 7 from starter to at least windows 7 professional
